If the above does not work, are we using profile management such as Citrix UPM, Microsoft Roaming Profiles, or another 3rd party solution?.If the above is a yes, then have you tried creating a new AD account that is a copy of the affected user?.Does the issue follow the user? Meaning, if the user goes from PC1 to PC2, does it happen on PC2?.If a single user issue, what is different about this user vs others that are not having problems?.Is this a single user problem? If it is, you will need to review the user's machine and reimage as has been suggested.Stuff doesn't start having issues without something causing it. If it has worked previously, what changed?
